Employment Law is a rapidly changing area of the law.  Many employers, especially small businesses, just can’t keep up with all the changes to law and procedures. All employees should be issued with a contract within 8 weeks of the start of their employment.  It is strongly advised that all employers also have in place all the essential policies and procedures to make it clear what employees are and are not entitled to.  Johnston Consulting can provide all this and more to ensure that your Company complies with its legal obligations.
